The following documents must also be presented by NRI candidates:

1. Association of Indian Universities, New Delhi’s Equivalency Certificate (if applicable).
2. Conversion Certificate from grading system to percentage (if necessary).
3. NRI identity proof, including passport, OCI/PIO card, a letter from the Ministry of External Affairs or Embassy, and banking information.

Haryana’s Medical Bond Agreement mandates that MBBS graduates from government colleges serve in rural healthcare sectors for five years upon finishing their studies.

Bond policies aim to bridge healthcare gaps by ensuring medical graduates serve in rural and underserved communities, addressing critical healthcare shortages.

Candidates completing MBBS must select from these options:

Candidates must enter into a tripartite agreement involving the candidate, the bank, and the Government, facilitated by the admitting institution.

The financial obligation under the Service Incentive Bond will carry an interest rate aligned with the REPO Linked Lending Rate (RLLR) and may vary as per market conditions.

After completing their MBBS, candidates will be bound by the Service Incentive Bond for a total of five years.

As a part of the agreement, the government will repay the full bond along with accrued interest to the bank in recognition of the candidate's service.

Checklist of necessary documents for submission during verification.

During the verification process, applicants need to submit original certificates along with two self-attested photocopy sets.

1. 10th Certificate or equivalent document to verify the date of birth.
2. 12th Marksheet & Certificate proving academic qualification.
3. Character Certificate issued by the last attended school/institution.
4. Resident Proof issued by the competent state authority (if required).
5. Bonafide Resident Certificate from the State Government (if applicable).
6. Caste Category Certificate (if applicable) issued by a competent authority.
7. Benchmark Disability Certificate from designated NTA centers or PGIMS Rohtak.
8. Freedom Fighter Dependent Certificate (if eligible) issued by the state.
9. Ex-Serviceman (ESM) Certificate from a competent government office.
10. BC Category Income Proof as per the state’s latest notification.
11. EWS Certificate for candidates under the Economically Weaker Section.
12. Minority Affidavit to validate minority status (if applicable).
13. Printout of Online Application submitted during the registration.
14. Provisional Seat Allotment Letter received after the counseling round.
15. Valid ID Proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Voter ID, Passport, etc. – any two).
16. Four Passport-size Photos (preferably the one used in the NEET form).
17. Additional Required Documents as specified by the Counseling Committee.
