Consultation Services

We offer consulting services to assist those seeking guidance on medical degree programs. Study Abroad Campus provides valuable information on medical colleges, universities, and countries offering MBBS and other related programs. I have enrolled with Study Abroad Campus voluntarily, seeking assistance for medical college admissions.

Accuracy of Information

We try our best to give you accurate and updated information, but things like college details, university criteria, or country regulations can change anytime without notice. Study Abroad Campus can't promise that everything will always be 100% correct or complete. If the National Medical Council (NMC) changes its rules about MBBS programs, Study Abroad Campus isn’t responsible. I’ve been clearly told by Study Abroad Campus that NMC rules are strict, and I need to follow them to get a license to practice.

Student/Parent Responsibility

Please make sure all the details you share with us are honest and accurate. If anything is false or misleading, we may have to cancel our services, and no refund will be provided. Study Abroad Campus can't take responsibility for anything that happens because of incorrect or incomplete info you provide. Choosing the college, university, or country for your medical studies is totally up to you. We’re here to guide you, but the final call is yours. I understand that the decision I make is my own responsibility.

Consultation Fees

Our consulting fees are based on the time, guidance, and expertise we offer. All fee details are discussed and agreed upon beforehand. I agree to pay the full amount as decided, on or before the due date. If there is any delay or non-payment, I understand Study Abroad Campus may take legal action to recover the dues.

Limitation of Liability

We’re here to guide you, but the final say is always yours. Study Abroad Campus won’t be liable for your decision to study at any specific college, university, or in any country. Your journey is yours to shape.

Limitation of Responsibility for Natural Calamities

If a natural disaster or any major event beyond our control occurs, Study Abroad Campus may not be able to continue providing its services. These include, but are not limited to, earthquakes, war, or floods. We will do our best, but we can't guarantee support during such times.

Student Acknowledgement

We care about your well-being, but in times of natural calamities or emergencies, our support may be limited. By using our services, you accept this and agree to seek help from official emergency services when needed.

Consequences of Illegal Activities

While we strive to support our students in every step of the process, we cannot take responsibility for any repercussions arising from your involvement in unlawful or disruptive activities that may lead to your admission being revoked.

Communication with Parents

We may contact your parents or guardians to keep them informed and involved in your academic process. By signing up for our services, you agree to allow us to reach out to them via phone, email, WhatsApp, or other channels when necessary.

Refunds from Educational Institutions

We're here to guide you through your educational decisions, but please note that all refund issues with colleges or universities are outside our scope. You’ll need to contact the respective institution directly for any refund-related concerns.

Data Privacy and Publicity Rights

We uphold strict confidentiality standards and will not disclose your personal information to any third party without explicit permission, unless legally obligated. However, upon successful admission to a medical college in India or abroad, Study Abroad Campus reserves the right to utilize your personal data and video content for advertising and publicity via its official digital platforms.

Refund Terms

All registration and counseling fees paid to Study Abroad Campus are final and non-refundable, irrespective of your decision to not take admission or your failure to secure admission for any reason. If you register before the NEET or university entrance exam and do not pass, there will be no refund. However, should you decide to apply in the subsequent year, the registration fee paid in the previous year will be waived and adjusted towards the new registration fee.

Amendments to Terms

We hold the right to revise these terms and conditions as needed. Any such revisions will be effective immediately after being made available on our website or through other communication platforms.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

The laws of India shall govern and interpret these terms and conditions. Any disputes related to these terms will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the state where our head office is situated.
